Kindergarten pupils have made a terrific start to the year with our 'All about me' topic.
Everyone in class made a book about themselves including things such as a picture of our family, favourite toy, favourite food, pets or animals we have or like. These are displayed in the school hallway, please feel free to check them out!

We have also had lots of fun learning about the body.....meeting the Mount school skeleton, looking at x-rays and making some of our own skeleton pictures. Next we intend to explore our Senses and play some games where we will be using all 5 senses!

In Literacy pupils have been looking at some of their favourite nursery rhymes as well as learning some of Miss Senior's favourites! In small groups pupils have been re-enacting these rhymes with actions and props. Here is The Grand Old Duke of York and his men!

In P.E pupils have been concentrating on moving to music with Miss Senior on a Wednesday and learning ball skills and playing team games with Mrs Adams on Tuesdays. Here are some action shots!

We have also been working hard within Numeracy.....here are some of our adding sums!
